I have a feeling I know what this might concern. Is it about Vector?

Yes. I saw his name on the list along with Haruto-kun's but I thought I was just seeing things. I haven't talked to Yuma about it, I'm not even sure if he's noticed, and I remembered you saying before that Astral doesn't even know about Rei or Vector, so I was wondering what should we do. We can't avoid Vector forever, as much as I'd want to, and I don't want Yuma or Astral to get involved with him because it won't...end well, for either of them or for any of us.

Yuuma checks the residency list daily. I imagine he knows. And while I don't expect that asshole to listen to me, I've told him to stay away from Yuuma and Haruto. If he so much as looks at them, I intend to settle things personally. As for Astral, Yuuma can take care of him. If he knows what's good for him, he won't bother us at all.

[ But he's not holding his breath on that. ]

[She was prepared to hear that Kaito thought ahead and talked to Vector. She was prepared to hear that Yuma already knows about Vector's arrival. And she was prepared to feel lost, uncertain of what to do (even though it downright angers her to feel that way, to feel useless.)

But it still gets to her.]

All right, that's good. Although I doubt it won't be long before he starts causing trouble, I hope he listens to you for what it's worth. I'll probably go text Yuma in a little bit, just to check up on him even though he probably won't tell me if he's upset.

I intend to keep an eye on Vector. I know Yuuma can handle it any other time, but we aren't dueling here. It's man against man now, and I'm not standing idly by and watching him start this all up again. Kotori, if you happen to see anything suspicious, let me know.

[ That's how she can help, if she really wants to. He's not quite sure what else to ask of her regarding this. Though, her second message gets the slightest quirk of his lips out of him as he shifts a bit on his bed. ]

He's doing well. He's adjusting rather easily, as expected. I can only hope that he doesn't meet Vector in any capacity.

I know and you're right. And of course I'll let you know if I see anything, but let me know if I can help with anything else besides keeping you updated with things at my end. I want to help protect Yuma this time, as well as the rest of you.

That's good, I'm really happy to hear that. I hope so too but Haruto-kun is a smart kid, and I'm sure the others will help look out to keep Vector away from him, including me.

I'll let you know, Kotori. I saw the way you trashed those Obots back at the tower; I know you're capable of holding your own.

I've warned him, at least. He knows what he looks like in his human form and I intend to keep my presence at the school for at least another week to ensure that Haruto's safe there.

All right, Haruto-kun should be safe then. I don't see any reason as to why Vector would go to the schools here but I'll keep an eye out for him at the middle school.

For all we know, he may very well try to pass himself off as a student again, especially if he knows Yuuma will be there. It's best to keep an eye out, especially if Haruto will be there as well.

I never thought I'd say it, but if Vector does try that again, it might be best if Yuma doesn't go to school. In either case, you'll be with Haruto-kun and he goes to the elementary school, right? I'm still in middle and Yuma is in the high school, so at least all the areas are covered.

I might talk to Alit about it, too. At least about Vector, since he hasn't seemed too happy since he showed up.

I have no opinion of Alit one way or the other, so if you're willing to trust him, then do what you will.

It's...complicated, but right now I don't think we have to worry about Alit, especially if Vector's here. Plus, Alit might know something that could help so I don't see much harm in it right now. But I'll still be careful.
